2. Repair, replacement and refund
After diagnosis, the seller can repair the product, offer an equivalent replacement or provide a refund when other solutions are not possible.
3. Extended withdrawal period
Every purchase has a 30-day free return period. The product must be returned with the accessories provided and without account lockout.
4. Exclusions
